About Our Warr Acres Roofing Company

We're the roofers who take the time to explain. Before we recommend any work on your home, we go over photos from your roof and spell out what each problem means in plain language. Then we set your options side by side, so the choice stays yours instead of feeling like a sales pitch.

Why We Explain Before We Quote

Most people only think about their roof when something goes wrong. A brown stain spreads across a bedroom ceiling, or a few shingles end up in the yard after a windy night. That's a stressful moment to make a big decision, and it's easy to feel rushed or talked into more than you need. We work from a simple idea: if you understand what's happening up there, you can make a good choice on your own terms.

So we show and tell. When we look at the roof on your home, we take photos of what we find and point out the difference between normal wear and real damage. Lifted shingle tabs, a cracked rubber boot around a vent pipe, granules piling up in the gutters, decking that feels soft near a valley. We explain what each part does and why it matters. You see what we see.

Then we lay out your choices in plain words. Sometimes a targeted repair buys you years. Sometimes the roof is near the end of its life and patching only pushes the cost down the road. We tell you which one we'd pick if it were our house, and why, and then we leave the call to you.

How We Work on Your Home

  1. 01

    Photos before opinions

Every inspection comes with pictures of the actual problem areas. If we say the flashing around your chimney is pulling away, you'll see it on the screen, not just hear about it.

  2. 02

    An honest repair-or-replace answer

Not every leak means a new roof. We look at the age of the shingles, how many layers are already on and the condition of the decking, then tell you plainly which option makes sense.

  3. 03

    Estimates you can actually read

Our written estimates break the job into line items like tear-off, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the permit. If some decking turns out to be rotted once the old shingles come off, we explain ahead of time how that would be handled, so nothing on the final bill catches you off guard.

  4. 04

Your yard, left the way we found it

We cover plants and protect the siding and driveway during a job. At the end of the day we clean up debris and run a magnetic sweeper across the lawn to pick up stray nails.

Where We Work

We're based in Warr Acres and help homeowners across the surrounding area, including Bethany, The Village, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma City, Yukon, Mustang, Del City, Piedmont, Spencer and Edmond. Spring hail and strong wind can leave damage you can't spot from the ground, so we're glad to come out and explain what a storm actually did to your roof before you decide on storm damage repair or a full roof replacement.

Business owners can count on the same approach. We handle commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement, and we walk you through the condition of a flat or low-slope roof just as clearly as we would a shingle roof on your home.
