Communities on Our Regular Route
Warr Acres is home base, and we spend plenty of days on roofs next door in Bethany, The Village and Nichols Hills. Our crews also head across Oklahoma City, west to Yukon and Mustang, north to Piedmont and Edmond, and over to Del City and Spencer. If your home sits somewhere between those places, give us a call and we will tell you right away if we can get to you.
Your mailing address does not change the way we work. We get up on the roof, photograph what we see and explain every choice in simple language before you commit to anything. That goes for roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters, plus commercial roof replacement and commercial roof repair for business owners in these same communities.
What Roofs Face Across the Metro
- 01
Spring hail and high wind
Central Oklahoma gets strong spring storms, and hail can bruise shingles without leaving an obvious hole. Look for dark spots where granules are gone, dents in gutters and vents, and granules piling up at downspouts. Wind tends to lift shingle edges and break the seal strip, which lets water in on the next rain. We show you photos of each so you know what you are looking at.
- 02
Hot summers, icy winters
Months of hard summer sun bake the oils out of asphalt shingles, and a roof sitting over a stuffy, poorly vented attic often curls and cracks years before it should. In winter, a coating of ice adds weight, and meltwater can creep back under the lower edges of the roof. That is why our visit includes the attic vents and the metal drip edge along the eaves. Those two spots often tell us why a roof looks older than it is.
- 03
Older homes and newer ones
Across the metro you will find mid-century ranch houses in settled suburbs alongside newer subdivisions farther out. On an older house, we sometimes find a second roof laid over the first, or soft spots in the wood underneath, and both add work to a replacement. Newer roofs usually need something smaller, like resealed flashing or a handful of storm-damaged shingles swapped out. We tell you which case fits your home and why.
- 04
Permits and HOA rules
Each city sets its own permit rules for reroofing, and some neighborhoods have an HOA that limits shingle colors or styles. We find out what applies to your address and handle the permit for the job, so you are not left guessing about paperwork.
- 05
Insurance after a storm
Many homeowner policies in Oklahoma carry a separate wind and hail deductible. We help you understand what a claim involves and document the damage with photos, while your adjuster makes the coverage decision.
